1. Medical Disclaimer & Liability

This is the most important part of our agreement. Please read carefully.

  • Not Medical Advice: The services provided by [Therapist Name/Company Name] (including Sound Healing, EFT, and Aromatherapy) are complementary holistic therapies. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult Your Doctor: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on this website or experienced in a session.

  • Contraindications for Sound Healing: While sound therapy is generally safe, it may not be suitable for everyone. You must disclose if you have:

    • A pacemaker or other metal implants.

    • Sound-sensitive epilepsy.

    • Are in the first trimester of pregnancy.

    • Severe mental health conditions.

    • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a session may be unsafe for you.

2. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Payment: Full payment or a required deposit is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment or spot in a training course.

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, and the full fee will still apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We respect your time and ours. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Sessions: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or rescheduling option. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

  • Training Courses: Due to the limited capacity of our training programs, course fees are non-refundable after [Insert Date/Timeframe].

  • No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“No-Show”) will result in the forfeiture of the full session fee.

4. Practitioner Training Courses

  • Certification: Participation in a training course does not guarantee certification. Certificates are awarded based on the successful completion of coursework, attendance, and demonstrated competence in the modalities taught.

  • Intellectual Property: All training materials, manuals, and content provided during courses are the intellectual property of [Company Name]. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or taught as your own curriculum without express written permission.

5. Code of Conduct

  • We are committed to providing a safe, peaceful, and respectful environment.

  • Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if these behaviors occur, with no refund given.

6. Personal Belongings
